TRUCK-TRAILER DISENGAGEMENT/ ENGAGEMENT SENSOR
Trailer-truck (tractor) unhitching (hitching) sensor SD-1037 may be used in tracking systems for vehicles, semi-trailers or a specific device linked to the vehicle. It detects the unhooking/hooking (coupling /uncoupling) through the identification of the vehicle’s rear turn lights.
This sensor is intended to prevent a non-authorized disconnection trailer from tractor ensemble that uses the concept of monitoring hitching/unhitching by help of some electrical parameters of the trailer.
